What if I want to cancel?

If you would like to cancel you can do this at any time by Logging in to your Gym Forms account > My Account > Your Plan > Scroll to the bottom and click 'Close Account'.

Once your subscription has been cancelled you will have 30 days to download all of your submitted forms before the account is closed.
