We have now added the ability to generate QR codes of your form templates so clients can easily scan to complete and submit your forms.
To create a QR code you will need to click on ‘Form Manager’ > Then click ‘Forms List’.
Click on the red ‘QR Code’ button next to the form.
Then you can choose to download the QR Code so you can save to your device. You could add this to your website, social media channels or send to another device or user if needed.
You can also print the QR code with your logo and text attached.
Or simply print a plain version of your QR code without the logo and text.
When you create an account you can select from any of our ready to use Form Templates, or you can create your own form templates via our easy to use form builder. You can add as many form templates as you like.
To add form templates to your Gym Forms account please follow these steps: 1) Log in to your Gym Forms account 2) Click on 'Form Manager' 3) Click on 'Add Template' 4) Select all the form templates you would like to add 5) Click on 'Add Forms'
